We were established in 2002 making us the longest running event planners in Richmond, Va. Coupled with the knowledge from over 19 years in business, we have come across pretty much any situation that is possible for a wedding that we have mastered with ease. From weather and vendor concerns to knowing the most effective ways to accomplish planning for one of the most important days in your life. We have the work "smarter not harder" mentality.

We are not afraid though to get our hands dirty as we are hands on planners that physically setup, run and breakdown events. Besides rolling up our sleeves, having a creative eye from signature statements that reflect the unique taste of the couple to personalizing the event to emulate the feelings of the union, we want to cultivate a thoughtfully executed event that makes it memorable to your guests.

Lastly, the attention to detail that goes into the event can literally "make or break" how the day goes. I always say that it can look beautiful but if the event is run poorly the guest/client experience is tarnished. We have a checklist of checklists to ensure that no detail is overlooked...even the ones you never knew you needed to worry about.
