This package is for clients on the threshold of their planning journey, potentially with one or two vendors booked, or who feel like they have lost momentum in the planning process.  This package includes the following:  unlimited amounts of planning time, emails and phone calls, complimentary use of props and supplies, vendor assistance, decor design, and to-scale mock ups and RSVP handling and hotel blocks. This also includes set up, breakdown of your fabulous event, itinerary, floor plan, rehearsal and day of implementation which could include additional staff and additional services. Includes:

  • Unlimited time (planning and actual event)

  • Any design work to include CAD drawings and to scale mock-up

  • A minimum of two visits prior to event

  • Orchestrating rehearsal

  • Checklist and reminders throughout the planning process

  • Contract review and negotiation

  • Timeline and logistics assistance

  • Vendor confirmations

  • Use of any small tabletop props of CCS EVENTS

  • Discounts with preferred vendors of CCS EVENTS

  • Set up and take down of the event decorwise that is mutually agreed upon

  • The event would be hosted by one lead and additional employees, as needed.

  • Use of any large props of CCS EVENTS at a discounted rate

  • Hotel Contract Blocks as well as suggestions, implementation, and delivery of Out-of-Town Bags

Partial Planning

This package is for clients who have booked some of their vendors on their planning journey, and/or who feel like they have lost momentum in the planning process that are within 9 months of their date or sooner.  This package includes the following:  unlimited amounts of planning time, emails and phone calls, complimentary use of props and supplies, vendor assistance, decor design, and to-scale mock ups and RSVP handling and hotel blocks. This also includes set up, breakdown of your fabulous event, itinerary, floor plan, rehearsal and day of implementation which could include additional staff and additional services. Includes:

  • Unlimited time (planning and actual event)

  • Any design work to include CAD drawings and to scale mock up

  • Two site visits prior to event

  • Orchestrating rehearsal

  • Checklist and reminders throughout the planning process

  • Contract review

  • Timeline and logistics assistance

  • Vendor confirmations

  • Use of any small tabletop props of CCS EVENTS

  • Set up and take down of event decorwise that is mutually agreed upon

  • Discounts with preferred vendors of CCS EVENTS

  • The event would be hosted by one lead and additional employees, as needed.

  • Suggestions, implementation, and delivery of Out-of-Town Bags

*The main difference with this package is we have less time with the client as they have made a majority of decisions.*

DAY-OF Planning

This client has planned a great deal of the legwork and would like a professional to carry out their wishes the day of their wedding. This package is limited to 3 face to face visits, but does include many of the elements above. Includes:

  • Limited time-working together to commence 3 months before your wedding day

  • Any design work to include CAD drawings and to scale mock up

  • A minimum of two meetings prior to event

  • Orchestrating rehearsal

  • Checklist and reminders throughout the planning process

  • Timeline and logistics assistance

  • Vendor confirmations

  • Use of any small tabletop props of CCS EVENTS

  • Set up and take down of event decorwise that is mutually agreed upon

  • The event would be hosted by one lead and additional employees, as needed.

  • Use of any large props of CCS EVENTS at a discounted rate

She designed our floorplan, created our timeline, contacted all vendors, rehearsal, and made the day of perfect, and lots more! If you want the wedding of your dreams, you need to hire CCS Events! We hired Colleen and her staff as a full service planner for our daughter's wedding in Williamsburg, VA, that was 6 hours away from our home. Colleen took all the stress of planning our daughter's wedding. There is no way we would of been able to put our thoughts and ideas to work without her assistance and experience. She found us our award winning photographer and vendors. She and her staffs attention to detail is impeccable. She is friendly, easy to deal with and answers your calls and emails. There was no task too much for her. Our guests traveled from all over the world to attend our Persian/Catholic wedding and everyone was so impressed to the attention of every detail.
