Bookshelf Seating Chart

When our couple shared their wish to incorporate the bride’s love of books into their wedding day, we knew exactly what to design: a styled bookshelf seating chart. Our office team quickly brought the concept to life with a mockup, and with the couple’s enthusiastic approval, we moved straight into execution.

The result was a true statement piece at the reception—framing the sweetheart table, delighting guests as they found their names and table numbers on book spines labeled “Volume 1,” “Volume 2,” and beyond, and most importantly, leaving one very happy bride.

To celebrate their beloved pup, Paloma, this couple commissioned custom watercolor doodles for their wedding paper goods. When it came time to design the seating chart, Brooke knew she wanted something playful and unexpected—and trusted us to bring it to life.

Using the outsourced artwork as our inspiration, we transformed the seating chart into a true moment. By repurposing ceremony florals and having our office team create custom escort cards, we layered each detail onto a charming backdrop of Paloma balancing a champagne tower. The result carried the day’s lively spirit forward in a way that felt cohesive, stylish, and undeniably fun.
